OSCAR: One of my favorite Mel Brooks films of all time. It made fun of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE!!! I am pretty sure that they couldn’t make a movie like that these days…our sense of humor as an entire society has diminished. This is basically a reflection of the old Looney Tunes cartoons to me. The bad guys are dumb (Elmer Fudd, Yosemite Sam…etc.) and the good guys are smart (Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck). The movie is soooo funny and Clevon Little is the one outsmarting everybody!!
EMMY: I agree with Oscar 100%.. funny movie and every actor in this film was PERFECT for the roles they played. The fart scene at the campground was hilarious but have you seen anything like it since??? The movie lampooned every character in the film and you could not get anybody funnier than Cleavon Little for the lead along with a sidekick like Gene Wilder…brilliant!!
